Directions and Parking

As you come into St Ives you pass Tesco on your left.  As you continue down the road you will see a sign for Tregenna Castle on your left. Carry on down the hill and you will see another large red Tregenna Castle sign and Primrose Valley road is directly opposite.

This is a steep hill and you can drive down it!

At the bottom of the hill bear left and go under the bridge, follow the road and come under the bridge again. There are three parking spaces on the left hand side, alternatively, follow the road round to the right and park outside of the hotel on the left.

Primrose Valley has free and adequate parking for all of our rooms.

We ask that guests park sensibly, as we often need to utilise all spaces. If you are blocking another guests vehicle please leave your keys at reception, if you are blocked in a member of staff will be on hand to move the vehicle for you.
