Trewithen Dairies, Cornwall

This is Ernie Heather. He works at the dairy near Lostwithiel producing our milk, butter, yoghurts and clotted cream. Their own herds of cattle are fed on a strictly natural diet. Ernie is known as the slowest milkman in the west and has a reputation for finishing off everyone's pint! However he is part of a small team that produce some devine dairy products that simply taste better and fresher with none of the mass commercial treatments that is the norm these days. As an aside the crème fraiche is to die for!
