Norma Helliar operates Homecraft from her small kitchen in Par, St Austell making a whole range of jams, marmalade and cakes in the traditional method. An ex home economics teacher originally from Essex, we think her Citrus Sensation Marmalade to be without equal! Her daughter Lara is being trained, but jokes she only gets to chop up all the fruit! Norma told us that she makes on average 60-70 pots of jam a day and which began as a hobby has become a full time job! Norma also makes the wonderful pear chutney that we serve with our cheese platters,
