Martin and Jean make a unique product in Cornwall - hand crafted air dried salamis and ham. Taking the natural route, Jean moved from being a governmental statistician to wanting to work together with Martin in Food. After looking at the void that is the Cornish Salami market they now produce beautiful products that are already award winning after only 18 months and compete with the Italians!
The salamis are manufactured in a converted hamburger van and air dried in an old shipping container at their home near Delabole.
It is a genuine simple pleasure to sit with a platter of their charcuterie, fresh bread and a bottle of our stunning Dolcetta d'alba.
