Heatherbell honey bees, Cornwall

Robert Bell is that rare man. Passionate, articulate and knowledgeable you could spend hours with him talking about honeybees and still want to learn more. With over 100 colonies (most sited on English nature reserves on the Lizard Peninsula) he (or his bees!) produce some sublime honey which he and his wife Heather bottle and also use to produce a wonderful range of honey related products. Robert is happiest amongst his bees and his enthusiasm is infectious. At breakfast you simply must try some of his honey on a thick slice of homemade bread.
