Carley's Organic, Cornwall

Shirley and John Carley have been in the organic food business for over 30 years from their base in Truro. At the hotel we use a range of their products including Muesli. They are a real example of how a small manufacturer can really be green, using low energy lighting, 'green' electricity and even bio diesel in the delivery vans. As John says "What we make are really good quality, wonderful tasting foods that just happen to be organic, vegan and good for you!" Obviously many agree as they make over 6,000 jars a week of various products available countrywide with pumpkin seed butter being number one bestseller.
