Phil Boddington is the third generation to run the family's strawberry farm near Mevagissey. Boddington's Farm was established in the 1940s Their Cornish Strawberry Conserve is produced in small batches, using only hand picked, fresh, whole fruit using a traditional open pan cooking method.
All the fruit is cooked within 48hrs of picking, and only lemon juice and sugar are added with 80g of fruit to 100g of conserve!
