Sustainable tourism contribution scheme

We add an optional donation of £1 per room per night. 100% of all donations go directly to the Marine Conservation Society (MCS) in our quest for sustainable tourism. MCS is the UK charity dedicated to protecting our seas. From June 1st 2011 funds will be collected for www.trelya.com (Full details soon). This is part of our ongoing programme of sustainable tourism initiatives and we stress that it is an entirely voluntary donation. |

Children |
|
As our Hotel has developed we will be amending our child policy from September 2008. We do still welcome well behaved children but now over the age of 8 years old, however we will be honouring our existing guests reservations with younger children. Children Reductions only apply when sharing room with two full paying adults. Children occupying their own room are charged at full adult rate. Our child rate is 25% of room rate per child. |

Deposit & Cancellation policy |
|
A deposit of £100 per room on booking.
Should you need to cancel your reservation please notify the hotel in writing/email. For cancellations more than 28 days before arrival your deposit can be refunded less a £15 administration charge or held in full towards a future visit. For cancellations less than 28 days before arrival, your deposit will be forfeited and in the event that we are unable to re-let the room/s a 75% charge of your total booking will apply. We strongly advise guests to insure against cancellation. |

Payment |

We accept most credit and debit cards. Please note that we are unable to accept payment by cheque and there is a 2% charge on all credit and charge card transactions. There is no charge for Delta, Maestro and Switch cards. |

Important access info |

Please note that the hotel is an Edwardian villa style property. We do not have bedrooms on the ground floor nor a lift to serve the 1 st and 2 nd floors. If we can be of any more help regarding your holiday arrangements or anything you feel we should be made aware of in order to ensure your comfort and safety whilst you are with us, please inform us. |

Public Transport discount and Parking |
|
We have a limited number of spaces available, early reservation is advisable. If you arrive by public transport there is a £5 per night discount. |

Wi-Fi Hot Spot |

If you have your own laptop you may access the Internet and your emails through our Wi-Fi Hot Spot. |
