If you are travelling by car we do recommend printing of this page and tucking it into your glove compartment as access to the hotel is interesting! Please also note a height restriction of 2.10m to park by the hotel. If your vehicle is taller please contact us to arrange an alternative parking space.

Directions

From the A30 follow signs to St. Ives on the A3074. Drive through Lelant and Carbis Bay.

1. At the Tesco roundabout go straight over for about 0.7mile (passing St Ives Motor Company on your right after 0.4mile). Slow down and indicate right. You will see a directional sign for Visitor parking & Restricted zone on the left and 3 cottages on the right. Just after on the right hand side is Primrose Valley with a height restriction warning sign of 8' 6" just opposite a big red Tregenna Castle sign in the wall – be sure to take the second of the small turnings. This is a steep hill and yes – you can drive down it! Follow it down (if a vehicle is coming up it has to give way to you).

2. Slow down as you approach the bridge and turn immediately left. You should have the beach to your right. Proceed approximately 100m and take the next left back under the bridge (height restriction of 2.10m). There is a sign for the hotel and you can follow the road round to the left. You can park by our marked bays, or park in front of the hotel.

Most systems will take you as far as stage 1. Simply follow stage 2. To bring you to the front of Primrose Valley and the hotel.
